3.3. DezerHost extends a 12-hour refund policy. Should our services fail to meet your satisfaction, you may request a refund within 12 hours of the initial purchase or account activation.
3.4. To request a refund, kindly contact our customer support team via dezer@dezerhost.com. Refund requests made after the 12-hour timeframe will not be entertained.
3.5. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which may entail deductions for any discounts, promotions, or transaction fees incurred during the initial purchase.

9.1. The utilization of spam bots, nuke bots, or any automated systems on DezerHost's infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate account and server suspension and termination.
